Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly driven, hands‑on sales leader who is passionate about coaching teams, improving performance, and ensuring every opportunity is maximized. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the sales floor, monitoring execution, identifying gaps, and helping teams consistently achieve their targets.
As a lead, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence across the team by improving conversion rates, maintaining quality standards, coaching team members, and ensuring KPI achievement. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the trenches with the team, reviewing leads, listening to calls, identifying bottlenecks, and taking immediate action to improve results.
Responsibilities- Monitor daily sales performance and conversion metrics.
- Ensure all incoming leads are handled promptly and professionally.
- Identify lost opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to improve lead conversion and team productivity.
- Track team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
- Review sales conversations, follow‑ups, and customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular audits on CRM usage, lead management, and sales processes.
- Ensure sales SOPs are consistently followed across the team.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Develop action plans for underperforming team members.
- Help build a high‑performance sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Analyze trends, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Drive data‑driven decision making across the sales team.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Performance, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager roles.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion optimization.
- Highly KPI‑driven with strong analytical capabilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused.
- Willing to work full WFO in Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.
