Position: Sales B2B (English Speaker)
Location: Jakarta Selatan

Qualifications

Professional looking, good attitude & confident, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Minimum a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, or International Relations, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales.

Prior experience working in a multinational company in the B2B industry is highly preferred.

Mandatory English Speaker.

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.

Able to work independently as well as in a team, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and accustomed to working under target-based environments.

Capable of managing sales targets effectively.

Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trend analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experienced in preparing well-structured and organized sales reports.

Responsibilities

Proactive in searching for new customers and make sales reports.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and project sustainability and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Creating action plans in achieving sales targets.

Customer visit to make an offer, following up on the status of supply, ensure compliance with orders, develop a customer database.

Conduct product presentations and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.

Ensure that ordered products are sent and received by customers on time as requested.

Achieve targets as set up by the Company according to the Sales Division plan.

Create an action plan to achieve sales targets.

Able to work individually and in teams.

Regularly coordinate with internal teams through office meetings to ensure synergy across departments.
