Group Sales Manager - Food Service

The Group Sales Manager for our Food Services (FS) and Ho Re Ca  business is responsible for driving sales performance, managing team and distributor relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, team leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to expand market coverage and optimize sales operations.

• Drive Sales Results – Achieve sales targets and ensure strong distributor performance with timely corrective actions.
• Lead & Develop Team – Coach and monitor team performance to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Lead Strategic Execution – Manage sell‑in/sell‑out, distribution coverage, and align closely with marketing on promotions.
• Manage Distributor Network – Build strong partnerships and contribute to demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Analyze Market Opportunities – Monitor trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and support planning.
• Execute & Expand Business – Implement strategies, improve route‑to‑market, and expand market coverage.

• Proven work experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in Food Services and Ho Re Ca .
• Experience in managing, leading and developing team.
• Minimum 6 years in a sales position.
• Strong experience in distributor and channel management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
