• Lead, develop and motivate the Account Management Team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Consistently achieve monthly team revenue targets
• Maintain team productivity and performance across the team
• Coach and guide team members to improve sales conversion and communication skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support lead generation initiatives
• Report and analyze team performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain relationships with Glints Job Portal clients, including presentations, after‑sales services, quotation delivery, etc.
• Gather feedback from clients for the betterment of Glints Job Portal

• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related roles
• At least 1 year of experience leading a big team, preferably with 6‑8 members
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in job portals, banking, insurance, technology, or training industries is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills, able to balance supervision, calling activities, and administrative tasks
• Tech and Excel savvy and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to drive complex client solutions, analyze data, and manage cross‑stakeholder teamwork
• Comfortable adapting quickly to newly formed teams and fast‑paced environments
