The Mission

Indonesia's retail and F&B ecosystem is booming with thousands of new cafes, restaurants, and retail brands launching every year. As a Sales Manager for Mocha Ease, you will help businesses scale with AI-driven POS, automation, and operational intelligence.

The Challenge

Acquire new merchants across cafes, restaurants, salons, and retail outlets.

Build local partnerships with POS resellers, payment providers, and industry consultants.

Introduce modern POS technology to businesses transitioning from manual operations.

Own the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing and onboarding.

What you bring

3+ years experience selling SaaS or POS solutions in Indonesia.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong network in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.

Comfortable working in a startup and building sales playbooks from scratch.
