Responsibilities
- Memimpin, melatih dan memantau kinerja tim sales lapangan.
- Menyusun laporan strategi area potensial, laporan penjualan, evaluasi performa kinerja tim.
- Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen pelanggan, membantu proses closing jika dibutuhkan.
- Menyampaikan feedback pelanggan kepada bagian terkait.
- Berkoordinasi dan komunikasi untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional berjalan dengan baik.
- Mempunyai kendaraan pribadi.
- Memilki penglaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai TL di Provider Internet.
- Mampu membawa minimal 5 orang tim.
