Location: Jakarta Selatan

Develop and execute sales and business strategies to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and market share within the hemodialysis industry.

Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to formulate effective business plans.

Identify, evaluate, and maximize new business opportunities across dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.

Build, manage, and maintain sales pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth and accurate sales forecasting. Lead complex negotiations, tender and bidding processes, and commercial discussions to secure profitable agreements and long-term partnerships.

Develop, manage, and optimize Joint Operation (KSO) partnerships by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring performance, mitigating risks, and identifying business opportunities.

Identify and pursue strategic sales and marketing activities, including seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and others to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.

Drive sales performance by monitoring business achievements, evaluating sales effectiveness, and providing strategic recommendations to ensure target attainment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, nursing, pharmacy, or other related major.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sales manager handling hemodialysis.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in hemodialysis industry.

Good knowledge of procurement processes in both private and government sectors (e-catalog, tender/bidding process, and Joint Operation (KSO)).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strong presentation and strategic sales planning abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
