Responsible for contacting and developing sales leads, closing sales and ongoing servicing of multiple accounts. Must be able to research markets, determine primary decision makers and make presentations to internal and external customers, including top-level executives. The company will provide an excellentsalary and commission structure, training and advancement potential.

Responsible for contacting and developing prospective small-mid size customer base. Candidates must be able to determine primary decision makers, make presentations via the telephone, and close sales. Other responsibilities include maintaining an existing customer base and assisting in nationalaccount setups. The company provides an excellent compensation package.

• Fora Part-time position, 2 years of college are required
• Fora Full-time position, a BA/BS degree in Business or related field is required

Responsible for supervising our package pick-up and delivery employees, delegating work assignments, and training and leading our field operations personnel as they provide our customers with on-time package delivery and exceptional customer service.

Include reviewing and/or resolving customer complaints/concerns in an extremely demanding environment. Entering accurate information in an on-line customer tracking system. Knowledgeably assisting customers regarding Link Logistics' services,products, information, and disputes. Tactfully addressing disputes or concerns regarding incorrect billing, service issues, loss or damageclaims, and dunning letters. Issues are addressed within specificguidelines. Additional duties as assigned.

• Oneor more years of customer service or office experience including heavycustomer contact via telephone in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Typingat 70 WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• PriorPC or data entry experience

• Knowledge of air express or transportation industry
• Familiarity with accounts receivable terminology
