Job Summary
Join PT CEVA Air Ocean Indonesia as a Sales Support Administrator Indonesia within our dynamic Business Development division, based at the Blugreen Integrated Boutique Office in Jakarta. This crucial role supports our Logistics - Air and Ocean operations, working closely within the Customer Sales Support department to facilitate seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers, sales teams, and operational units. You will respond promptly to quotation requests, advising customers on transportation options by providing detailed insights into operations, contingencies, insurance, customs regulations, and routing. Your expertise will ensure quotations are accurate, valid for appropriate periods, and accompanied by our standard terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring timely and thorough follow-up on quotations with customers to maximize conversion rates and foster strong business relationships.
- Managing rate requests from our extensive network to maintain competitive and compliant pricing structures.
- Bridging communication between sales and operations teams by providing constructive feedback aimed at continuous improvement of our services, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Assisting the Business Development and Key Account Management teams in developing accounts by providing detailed and reliable sales support, enabling targeted client engagement and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in logistics, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across various teams. Fluency in English and familiarity with the local business environment in Indonesia will support your success in this role.
