Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors (construction, events, hospitality, real estate developers, glamping/resorts, etc.).

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service for satisfaction and repeat business/referrals.

Develop deep product knowledge of prefab pods — including features, benefits, customization options, technical specs, installation, and advantages (faster build times, cost savings, quality control, sustainability).

Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and site visits to address client needs and showcase value.

Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals efficiently.

Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, activities, and generate sales reports.

Collaborate with marketing, production/operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions for networking and lead generation.

Handle post-sale support, addressing concerns to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience 2–5+ years in sales (B2B preferred). Experience in construction, modular/prefab products, portable facilities, or real estate is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, or related field preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Customer-focused mindset for building long-term relationships.

Basic technical understanding of construction/modular building.

Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office/Excel, and digital tools.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Will work in Cakung, East Jakarta.
