- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy are preferred
- Min.
5 years sales experience with proven sales growth record. Experienced in handling MNC is preferred. - Good understanding of Personal Care market trend, dynamics, key & potential players
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrate creative & analytical thinking
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, highly motivated, result-oriented with excellent time management
- Manage& grow key customers in Personal Care which in line with companystrategic plan
- Negotiate and close contract/ business deal to ensure optimal pricing &profitability
- Activelyshare product presentation in regular visit or special customer events (seminar, customer day, training, etc)
- Develop& nurture healthy pipeline with high conversion level for both shortterm & long term
- Effectivelyhandling inquiries & complaints by providing relevantsolution
- Deliveraccurate and timely forecast & report
- Providemarket intelligence and feedback
- Synergizewith other function to deliver best service for customers’satisfaction
