As a reliable and proactive partner to the Sales & Marketing team, the mission is to drive the business growth of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Hydraulic Attachment Tools (HAT) product lines. This includes identifying and researching new market opportunities while overseeing sustainable business growth. The goal is to continuously grow market share in the segments we operate, establishing our brand as a trusted partner and a leading supplier of high‑quality products.

Success is measured by your ability to ensure seamless internal collaboration and achieve high levels of satisfaction among both customers and internal stakeholders. Cross‑divisional cooperation is critical to meeting customer needs effectively and ensuring long‑term success.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop GET and HAT business opportunities across the SSEA region through close collaboration with the SSEA Regional BLM for Tools and Attachments, and collaborating with relevant departments within the Epiroc Group
  • Map the potential market of GET and HAT product in countries within SSEA region and establish relationship with potential sales channels: distributorship or other indirect sales channels (if required)
  • Provide a value‑based business approach towards customers and potential customers by delivering excellent product and application knowledge
  • Responsible for understanding the customers and potential customers needs and perform a competitive benchmarking for better leverage of channel effectiveness
  • Act as the main person to contact for enquiries coming from customers and potential customers for GET and HAT products
  • Perform a market intelligence and update the market trend of GET and HAT products and customers, using both to define an effective business development strategy in the region
  • As a main contact person for any communication with GET and HAT division

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or a related discipline is an advantage
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development functions, Marketing or Sales engineering, working with international customers
  • Experience in mining and/or construction applications
  • Experience in selling GET and Hydraulic Attached tools product will be advantages
  • Experience in production and mining industries / environments is an asset
  • Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross‑functional, and global team
  • Excellent communication & presentation skill to various levels of stakeholders
  • Result oriented person with discipline to timeline and targets
  • In‑depth knowledge of the industry and its market
  • Strong understanding of commercial documentation / contracts is an asset
  • Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
  • Analytical capacity and oriented to the development of strategies
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
