We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Account Manager to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets while identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers through regular engagement, including client visits and ongoing communication.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions by presenting the company’s products and services effectively.
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities with business partners to expand market reach.
- Manage and update the B2B customer database while analyzing customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market developments while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client inquiries or issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar sales role, preferably handling B2B clients and sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) for building sales presentations and analyzing sales data.
- Ability to manage time strategically by balancing new business development (hunting) and existing account management (farming).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

- Experience working in B2B marketplace, SaaS, or technology‑related industries
. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo or similar platforms).
- Experience handling enterprise or corporate clients and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
