Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Division role based at PT Victory International (Cabang Jakarta Sudirman) in the Jakarta area, Indonesia. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting revenue growth for the Jakarta branch. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, generating qualified leads, preparing and delivering business presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, following up on prospects and inquiries, and providing input on strategy and campaigns to strengthen the company’s presence in the Jakarta market.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights for business decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to assess industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Jakarta area.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, respond to inquiries, and support client satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, and a willingness to learn new systems and methods.
