Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales, revenue, and market share targets for assigned customer accounts.
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement and trust-building activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to secure and manage projects effectively.
- Manage transactions and navigate potential risks to achieve business objectives.
- Proactively identify and present new sales opportunities both internally and to customers to help increase market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.6.
- At least 10 years of experience in the ICT industry, specifically in Channel Sales.
- Proven track record of managing partner relationships; experience in partner management is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with well-known technology providers like Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba (HPE network) is preferred.
- Experience working with distributors or top system integrators is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise business processes and ICT technology.
- Strong capabilities in customer relationship development and project management.
