Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain and update customer and partnership databases (CRM).
- Assist in managing communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to business development activities.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
- Communication, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Willing to learn and grow in the digital business industry.
