Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the SDR team:

The SDR Lead will oversee the process of generating leads and qualifying them for the sales team. - Reporting and analysis:
The SDR Lead will create and maintain reports that track the team's performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Min. 2 years of experience working in sales, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.
- Experience leading and managing a team of SDRs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
