Business Development Executive

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs
• Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Knowledge of the local job market is a plus
