- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients through market research, outbound campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich the companys lead database by identifying and qualifying prospects across various industries.
- Drive outbound prospecting initiatives via email, Linked In, Whats App Business API, cold calls, and networking to secure meetings and sales opportunities.
- Lead the qualification process of leads, ensuring a strong match between prospect needs and Jatis Mobiles offerings.
- Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal and solution delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation goals and track performance of marketing-sourced leads.
- Conduct detailed account mapping to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead activities and progress using CRM systems and regularly report performance metrics to top management.
- Guide and mentor the Business Development team to ensure consistent execution of lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new channels for lead generation to continuously optimize strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of building and managing a high-performing sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and people leadership abilities.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta (Hybrid).
