To drive acquisition of Corporate Membership accounts and ISCA’s broader suite of products and services through structured outreach, active market prospecting and direct sales engagement with targeted firms in Indonesia. The role focuses on pipeline generation, meeting conversion, and achieving monthly membership closure targets under the direction of the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Drive lead generation through targeted outreach and structured prospecting to expand ISCA’s presence and revenue streams across Indonesia.
- Identify, prioritise and develop strategic accounts to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote and position ISCA’s Corporate Membership and other relevant products and services to drive engagement and sales.
- Secure meetings with key decision-makers, deliver presentations, prepare proposals and close sales opportunities.
- Oversee contract execution, invoicing and onboarding to ensure seamless client conversion.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects to address concerns and facilitate timely decision‑making.
- Build and nurture strong professional relationships to strengthen ISCA’s brand presence and credibility.
- Represent ISCA professionally at meetings, industry events and networking engagements.
- Provide weekly reporting on sales activities, pipeline status and closures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and healthy pipeline visibility to support effective revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and HQ teams to align sales execution with organisational objectives.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Manager or Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of business development or sales experience.
- Prior experience in professional services, membership organisation, education or B2B environment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and sales reporting.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in tracking sales performance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
