Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for IT outsourcing services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and HR teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience selling outsourcing services, staffing solutions, manpower services, recruitment services, or IT services.
- Strong network with corporate clients across various industries (highly preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing business models and workforce solutions.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
