Responsibilities

Develop and manage the SDR team:

Identifying and targeting potential customers:

Lead generation and qualification:
The SDR Lead will oversee the process of generating leads and qualifying them for the sales team.

Reporting and analysis:
The SDR Lead will create and maintain reports that track the team's performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Min. 3 years of experience working in sales, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.

Experience leading and managing a team of SDRs.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a desire to succeed.

Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
