We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Southeast Asia, with Indonesia as the base market. This role combines strategic account development, new business acquisition, and partner ecosystem expansion, placing you at the forefront of the growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing broadband markets.

What You’ll Do Business Development & Sales
  • Drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia)
  • Build and execute territory sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify and close opportunities with ISPs, telcos, fiber broadband providers, and managed service providers
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, and Network Leaders
  • Manage and grow key accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure long-term customer success and retention
  • Develop and manage partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and local partners
  • Collaborate with device vendors, ACS providers, and Wi-Fi ecosystem players
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives
What We’re Looking For Experience
  • 10+ years in telecom, broadband, or networking sales
  • Strong background in ISP / Telco sales
  • Experience in Wi‑Fi, access networks, OSS/BSS, or SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding targets
  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asia telecom markets
  • Strong network with ISPs in Indonesia and neighboring countries
  • Experience working across multiple countries
Skills
  • Consultative selling and solution positioning
  • Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
