We're looking for an experienced Project Sales professional to drive project sales growth by identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
What You'll Do- Manage the full project sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Research market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Execute promotional initiatives to increase sales performance.
- Build strong partnerships with contractors, developers, consultants, and clients across residential, commercial, hotel, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop long-term client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Present products and negotiate business deals with prospective customers.
- Track and report customer visits, sales performance, and daily activities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and sales goals are achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Based in Jakarta or the surrounding area.
- 2+ years of Project Sales experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of market analysis and project sales strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Results‑driven, honest, disciplined, and committed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willing to travel for business across Indonesia when needed.
- Valid Class A and/or Class C driver's license.
- Ready to join immediately.
