The role focuses on engaging C‑level executives, driving market expansion, and managing the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle for corporate upskilling solutions.

• Drive Market Expansion
  :
  Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and executive Linked In networking to introduce Algoritma to new corporate accounts.
• Engage Enterprise Leaders
  :
  Initiate meaningful business conversations directly with CHROs, CTOs, and Heads of Learning and Development to identify corporate talent gaps.
• Manage the Complete Sales Lifecycle
  :
  Own the deal from the initial cold introduction to the final contract signature, collaborating with internal teams to present tailored upskilling solutions.

• Proven Track Record
  :
  Experience in B2B corporate sales with a demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise structures and overcome outreach objections.
• Tech Intellectual Curiosity
  :
  While coding skills are not required, a strong interest in technology and the ability to discuss how data science and AI drive corporate value.
• Polished Presenter
  :
  Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room during phone discovery calls or boardroom pitches.
• Bilingual Proficiency
  :
  Fully fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with local conglomerates and multinational clients.
