Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in Indonesia.
- Proven experience selling and/or implementing Microsoft ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
- Experience selling to mid‑market and large enterprise customers across industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or Professional Services.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and complementary solutions, including Power BI, Azure, and ISV add‑ons.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop value‑based sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate business solutions.
- Collaborative and team‑oriented, with the ability to work effectively across sales, pre‑sales, marketing, delivery, and partner teams.
- High level of professionalism, resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑driven, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Operations, and Reporting.
- Ability to conduct executive‑level presentations, product demonstrations, and articulate business value and ROI.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
