About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Manager to drive growth within Indonesia’s Government sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic account plan for Indonesia Government (central, ministries, agencies, and key regional entities)
- Identify, qualify, and close large, complex deals involving AI and cybersecurity solutions
- Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across government bodies
- Navigate public sector procurement processes, tenders, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, product, marketing, partners) to deliver tailored solutions
- Drive pipeline generation and forecasting accuracy aligned with quarterly and annual targets
- Position the company as a trusted advisor in AI‑driven cybersecurity and digital transformation
- Leverage and manage SI partners, local partners, and ecosystem alliances to scale engagement
- Monitor market trends, policy changes, and competitive landscape within Indonesia’s public sector
- 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on Indonesia Government/Public Sector
- Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals (multi‑year / high‑value contracts)
- Strong understanding of Indonesia government procurement processes and regulatory landscape
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or AI‑related solutions preferred
- Established network within government agencies, ministries, and/or SOEs
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and deal structuring skills
- Experience working with partners, system integrators, and channel ecosystem
- Experience selling security platforms, cloud security, or other IT solutions
- Familiarity with national cybersecurity frameworks and digital transformation initiatives
- Background working with or alongside global vendors or regional SI partners
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
- High ownership and accountability for revenue outcomes
- Skilled in navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Credible, consultative, and able to build long‑term trust
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic market
