Head of Sales This role is open to Indonesian locals/citizens onlyWe are specifically seeking candidates with:
- Product Focus: Deep expertise in Value Products across Infrastructure, Software, Security, and Cloud domains.
- Channel
Experience:
Proven experience working with or for Tier 1 or Tier 2 distributors/vendors. - Tier 1 & Tier 2 Mastery: Knowing how to leverage Broadline distributors versus specialized VADs (Value-Added Distributors).
- Alliance Management: Understanding how to 'co-sell' with giants.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Partnership Development
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in Technology/ Software sales.
- Must have sales experience any of the 2 domains:
Infra/ Security/ Software OR Cloud domain. - B2B sales experience is a MUST
. - Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and data-driven decision-making.
- Relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
