Kamu akan mulai sebagai Business Executive (Insurance Consultant) dan dipersiapkan naik jadi Business Partner Allianz — bukan cuma jualan, tapi bangun bisnis sendiri.
Role Kamu- Edukasi orang-orang terdekat soal proteksi & financial planning
- Ikut training rutin (sales, leadership, mindset)
- Dampingi nasabah & bantu proses administrasi/claim
- Bangun tim & bisnis agency kamu sendiri dengan mentor berpengalaman
- Komisi 20%–36% (dibayarkan tiap bulan sampai 2 tahun)
- Potensi income 15 juta/bulan (tahun pertama)
- Tahun kedua bisa 30–35 juta++ kalau konsisten
- Bonus bulanan & tahunan + kesempatan trip luar negeri
- Fleksibel: bisa part-time atau full-time
- Support system & office untuk meeting & mentoring
- Jalur karier jelas sampai punya bisnis sendiri
