Sales Executive - F&B Sales

Mercure Jakarta Batavia is seeking a Sales Executive – FB Sales to drive revenue growth and build client relationships.

• Drive sales growth and revenue generation across assigned market segments through strategic planning and proactive execution
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and consultative selling approaches
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize account potential
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow‑up on all inquiries
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM systems, ensuring transparency and enabling data‑driven decision‑making
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and performance metrics while maintaining high standards of professionalism
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and competing demands with efficiency and organization
