Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Country Sales Director to lead Clari5’s business development and growth strategy in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong relationships with banks, fintechs, and regulators, and positioning Clari5 as the partner of choice for enterprise fraud management and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Own the sales strategy and execution for the Indonesia market.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Client & Market Engagement
- Build strong C-level and decision-maker relationships across existing & new banks, fintechs, & regulators.
- Position Clari5 as a thought leader in fraud prevention, AML, regulatory compliance, and financial crime risk management.
- Represent Clari5 at industry forums, events, & webinars in Indonesia.
- Team & Partner Ecosystem
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver winning client solutions.
- Build and manage local partnerships (system integrators, consulting firms, channel partners) to expand market reach.
- Regulatory & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated with latest OJK/Bank Indonesia guidelines/circulars related to fraud/risk/compliance, and other local regulatory developments.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to shape Clari5’s product roadmap.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking technology / fintech / fraud & risk management & compliance solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to CIOs, CROs, COOs, Chief Compliance / Risk Officers at banks and large financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesia banking landscape, regulatory environment and digital transformation trends.
- Strong network within banks, fintechs, and regulators in Indonesia.
- Ability to lead complex solution sales cycles with consultative selling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and grow a new market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
