Role Description

The Sales Freelance B2G role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Indonesia. This role focuses on identifying and developing business opportunities with government and public sector clients, particularly through the LKPP e‑Catalog platform. Daily tasks include prospecting and engaging potential institutional buyers, presenting suitable product solutions, preparing and following up on proposals, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, compliant documentation, and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will build long‑term relationships with government stakeholders, support tender processes, and provide ongoing customer service to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with government stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive B2G opportunities, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Training or product knowledge sharing to support client understanding of solutions and internal alignment.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, preferably LKPP e‑Catalog, and public sector sales.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured, compliance‑focused environment.
  • Comfortable with basic IT tools and digital platforms used for sales reporting and procurement documentation.
  • Previous experience in B2G, institutional sales, or related fields is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
