About UsWe are a global leader in Enterprise Data Analytics and Self‑Service BI. As we scale our footprint in Indonesia, we are looking for a senior‑level hunter to break into top‑tier enterprise accounts (Banking, Fintech, Retail, and Conglomerates) and fuel our sales pipeline.
What You Will DoProactive Outbound Hunting:
Independently research, map, and cold‑prospect target enterprise accounts to discover new business opportunities from scratch.
Multi‑Channel Outreach:
Initiate professional contact via Linked In Sales Navigator, Cold Emails, Phone Calls, and Whats App to uncover enterprise data pain points.
Marketing & Sales Alignment:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to co‑execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and fast‑track the conversion of marketing leads (MQLs) into sales meetings.
Qualify & Book Meetings:
Qualify senior decision‑makers (C‑Levels, CIOs, CDOs) and secure high‑quality product demonstration meetings for our Account Executives and Local Partners.
CRM Tracking:
Maintain precise logs of all leads, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, hunting, or account development, strictly within the Tech/SaaS/Cloud/IT Enterprise sector in Indonesia.
Hunting Mindset:
Proven track record of independently generating enterprise sales pipelines through aggressive cold outreach.
Marketing
Collaboration:
Experience working alongside Marketing teams to leverage content, events, and campaigns for better prospecting.
Languages:
native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with strong business writing skills. Good working proficiency in English for internal reporting.
