- Responsible for overall sales performance in the assigned region and accountable for revenue and cash collection results
- Develop regional sales strategy and annual and quarterly sales plans and ensure effective execution
- Directly manage key accounts and large strategic projects including C-level engagement and critical commercial negotiations
- Build, lead, and develop the regional sales team and continuously improve team productivity and execution capability
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure end-to-end deal success
- Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape and continuously optimize sales approaches
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in ERP/HCM or enterprise software sales, with proven exposure to the Indonesian corporate or enterprise market.
- Strong track record in closing large, complex ERP deals within Indonesia.
- Solid understanding of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, retail chains, construction, or logistics in the Indonesian context.
- Familiarity with leading ERP/HCM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
, or equivalent enterprise systems is highly desirable. - Strong consultative selling capability with the ability to engage at C-level.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiation and managing complex B2B contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
