Are you passionate about driving business growth, building strong commercial partnerships, and representing world-class brands? We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Wholesale Associate Manager to lead our wholesale business development efforts and expand our market presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key wholesale accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth through strategic dealer partnerships. What You’ll Do- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners, ensuring long‑term business growth and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sales performance, profitability, and brand visibility across dealer networks.
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and onboard new wholesale partners to expand distribution channels and market coverage.
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding revenue targets, sell‑in goals, and other key commercial KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports to support strategic decision‑making.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, promotional activities, and annual business plans with wholesale accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Wholesale, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into business actions.
- Customer‑oriented with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
