The Key Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key hospital, clinic, and institutional accounts, focusing on the large parenteral product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular client visits, understanding customer needs, presenting product information, negotiating contracts and pricing within company guidelines, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
The role also involves monitoring sales performance, preparing account plans and reports, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance, and supporting promotional activities and product launches. The Key Account Executive is expected to maintain high standards of compliance, uphold ethical sales practices, and contribute to overall sales targets and market expansion.
- Strong account management and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to manage key hospital and institutional customers.
- Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in closing deals, handling objections, and achieving sales targets.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Analytical and planning skills for preparing account strategies, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; experience with injectable or parenteral products is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and strong organizational skills.
