Schedule:

5-day work week with 2 weekday off-days. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days for Open Houses (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Position Summary

Be the face of Maja for prospective families and lead our enrollment and student recruitment efforts. This is an intense, KPI-driven leadership role responsible for driving student enrollment, managing the admissions funnel, supervising Enrollment Advisors and Marketing staff, overseeing Open House operations, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved. You will lead from the front—running Open Houses, conducting parent consultations, driving Whats App sales conversations, overseeing social media and lead generation efforts, and converting interested families into enrolled students.

At the same time, you will coach team members, improve conversion processes, monitor performance metrics, and build a high-performing admissions function.

This role is highly visible, fast‑paced, and results-oriented. Success will be measured through enrollment growth, conversion rates, team performance, lead management quality, and overall admissions outcomes.

Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, supervise, and coach Enrollment Advisors, Admissions Officers, and Marketing team members
  • Set weekly and monthly enrollment targets for the team
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, response times, and admissions performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
  • Develop enrollment scripts, consultation frameworks, and sales playbooks
  • Ensure consistent execution of Maja’s brand and admissions experience
  • Build scalable systems and processes to improve team performance and enrollment outcomes
Enrollment & Student Recruitment
  • Own overall enrollment targets and admissions growth
  • Oversee the full enrollment journey from inquiry to registration
  • Conduct parent consultations and enrollment presentations
  • Handle complex cases, objections, and high-priority leads
  • Drive Whats App sales conversations and ensure timely follow-up
  • Track and improve conversion rates across all stages of the admissions funnel
  • Develop strategies to increase enrollment and student retention
Open House & Events
  • Lead the planning and execution of weekly Open House events
  • Host and present at Open Houses every weekend
  • Supervise all Open House staff and activities
  • Ensure prospective families receive a premium and consistent experience
  • Analyze attendance, lead quality, and conversion performance
  • Represent Maja at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events
Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Oversee social media and lead generation activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and advertising
  • Monitor lead quality and campaign performance
  • Recommend improvements to increase inquiries and conversions
  • Support partnerships, referral initiatives, and community outreach programs
  • Review and guide content creation for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other marketing channels
Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting systems
  • Build enrollment forecasts and weekly performance reports
  • Present enrollment performance and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
  • Monitor team productivity, lead pipeline health, and enrollment metrics
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in admissions, education sales, student recruitment, business development, or consultative sales
  • Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales or enrollment targets
  • Strong experience managing admissions funnels and customer journeys
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
