B2B Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Consultant at SSCX International. The Junior Consultant will be responsible for Operational Excellence projects, deliver training, conducting data analysis, preparing report, and supporting client engagements. Junior Consultant will participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities within the firm.

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff at SSCX International in Jakarta. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, promoting company services, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, attending industry events, and collaborating with the team to drive sales initiatives.

• Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in B2B environments (consulting industry)
• Client Relationship Management
• Lead generation and closing sales
• Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Consulting services
• Strong presentation and networking abilities
