Manajer Business Development

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business development plans to secure new clients and partnerships
• Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
• Networking and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners
• Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to pitch the company’s offerings effectively
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of business development initiatives
• Providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team to drive the company’s growth

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the same industry
• Strong understanding of the Sales and New Business Development industries and ability to identify new market opportunities
• Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and expanding business relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business solutions
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales
