VP of Business Development

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 2. 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- 3. Proven success in client acquisition, lead generation, and client recovery (preferably in tech/messaging solutions)
- 4. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams
- 5. Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
- 6. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- 7. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market intelligence platforms
