Lead commercial discussions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor tender opportunities and coordinate proposal preparation with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and customer specifications.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and provide ongoing commercial support.
Strategic PartnershipsDevelop relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, agents, and industry associations.
Represent the company at industry events and identify partnership opportunities to expand market presence.
Planning & ReportingPrepare sales forecasts, business development plans, budgets, and periodic management reports.
Monitor business development performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
Contract & Operational CoordinationCoordinate with legal, finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure effective proposal delivery and contract execution.
Support contract administration, renewals, extensions, and smooth project handovers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Regional Collaboration & Additional ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with regional and global teams across different time zones.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Superior.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
Strong knowledge of business development, sales, tendering, and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or related sectors is preferred.
Strong commercial acumen with strategic planning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial management.
Proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue growth targets.
Experience in tender management, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
Experience in the oil and gas or related industry is an advantage.
