What You’ll Do- Participate in a structured internship program to understand Life Insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Collaborate with the business analyst team to create promotional material and campaign/contest.
- Engage with Business Partners and Leaders to understand their needs and present suitable support and development.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, any major (minimum GPA 3.00).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high drive for achievement.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with target‑driven environments.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
Placement for Jakarta, Medan, and Surabaya.
