Role Summary

Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new markets and opportunities. Build a strong network to ensure sales performance. Maintain existing accounts and establish a new accounts database by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities, including canvassing if necessary. Establish a corporate clients database by presenting company profiles to corporate contacts. Achieve target sets set by the company.

• Minimum Senior High School in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Executive in Apartment Building.
• Sales‑oriented personality, good communication and a wide network. Minimum 4 years of experience in property industry sales with a wide network.
• Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area (Southgate, Aerium, The Elements).
