Service Consultant
EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding its team and looking for a Service Consultant who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible for maintaining service quality, building strong relationships with existing students, and providing end‑to‑end English course consultation and experience.
Responsibilities- Student progress management
- Communication and customer service on effective study activities
- Internal commercial aspects
- Creating and maintaining a fun and engaging learning environment
- Planning, organizing, and executing events
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
- Minimum 1‑year experience in sales or direct selling B2C
- Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
- Excellent service attitude and ability to work as a team
- Self‑motivated with a detail‑oriented and outgoing personality
- Willing to work in shifts
