DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Healthcare & Pharmacy (HCP) sector

• Understand client needs (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors) and provide suitable financing solutions aligned with their operations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

• Proactively acquire new clients and expand existing business portfolios

• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities

• Monitor asset quality and ensure strong customer engagement for long-term partnerships

• Min. Bachelor Degree & Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply, preferably majoring in Business/Marketing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related fields

• Have strong communication & networking skills with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

• Have strong networks within related industries

• Have good analytical skills

• Interested in healthcare industry dynamics and B2B business

• Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team
