What You’ll Do

• Account Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, develop long-term strategic plans, and provide training and support to maximize their sales performance.
• Optimization:
  Ensure competitive pricing, optimized inventory, and exclusive offers to deliver exceptional travel experiences and maintain a market-leading position.
• Acquisition:
  Identify and onboard a diverse range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high-tier properties, ensuring alignment with market demand and seamless integration of hotel offerings.
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supplier operations, customer service, and finance to optimize hotel performance and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence:
  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights and identify new business opportunities.
• Operations:
  Support process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance.

  Skills:
  
  Aptitude for interpreting market data and analyzing market trends, competitor updates, and account management metrics is valuable for making informed decisions, identifying new opportunities for business growth and prioritization of resources.

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in Business Development / Account Management, preferably in OTA / Travel related industries / E-commerce
• Proven track record in partner account growth and contract negotiation
• Strong commercial sense. Operational excellence mind-set and data driven
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
