Marketing Assistant

Job opportunity for Marketing Assistant at YOOZ JAYA INDONESIA in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

• We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive sales growth for our coatings/paint product line. This role involves prospecting new clients, understanding their technical needs, proposing suitable product solutions, negotiating and closing deals, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.

• For Fresh Graduates:
  Diploma (D3) or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or Management
• Candidates with prior sales experience may be considered with a high school diploma or equivalent (education requirement relaxed for proven sales background)

• Able to communicate in English (working proficiency)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, quick learner, good logical/analytical thinking
• Can speak Mandarin is a plus

• Business Development & Deal Closing:
  After training, independently identify and approach potential customers, present company products, understand customer needs, propose matching product solutions, negotiate pricing, and close contracts
• Client Relationship Management:
  Maintain relationships with existing customers, handle after-sales support, and manage accounts receivable collection
• Market Research:
  Gather customer information and competitor intelligence to support sales strategy
