- Menyusun strategi rencana kegiatan open booth untuk akuisisi kartu kredit.
- Melakukan pemantauan perkembangan pasar dan riset untuk menentukan lokasi atau segmen pasar yang paling potensial.
- Melakukan analisa dan monitoring portfolio terhadap hasil akuisisi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh direct sales.
- Memastikan setiap hasil kegiatan open booth yang di lakukan teradministrasi dengan baik.
- Memastikan direct sales memahami produk dan benefit kartu kredit yang di tawarkan.
- Mampu mengelola pengeluaran bisnis agar tetap efisien.
