Sales Executive

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

Promote and sell the company's products to B2B, B2C, and retail customers.

Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Experience in the sanitary, building materials, construction materials, or related industries is highly preferred.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative.

Experience in B2B, B2C, or retail/direct sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.

Possess an established network and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Existing customer relationships within the sanitary or building materials industry will be an advantage.

Able to join immediately.

Domiciled in Jakarta or Bekasi.

Own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
