Business Development Officer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities through both online and offline channels. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups to nurture leads, and converting them into active customers. The Business Development Officer will professionally present and communicate Viction.'s products, services, and educational programs while providing excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
In addition, the Business Development Officer is expected to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. This position requires conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, as well as collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing and Customer Relations teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. The role also includes representing Viction.
seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and other promotional events, achieving individual and team performance targets, and preparing regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related field is preferred). - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Interest or knowledge in financial markets, investment, or trading is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
